fit in a stocking.\u00a0 You see, things down here, south of the pole, are a little bit out of sorts.\u00a0 We have a lot of sick people who are having problems obtaining their medication.\u00a0 Some of us have found that nothing helps our ailments like marijuana.\u00a0 But it&#8217;s illegal to buy, own, and sell it in most of the country.\u00a0 California&#8217;s been nice enough to allow dispensaries for medical marijuana, but even the Golden State seems to be confused about what they want.\u00a0 In other states they have really strict drug laws and someone can go to jail just for having their meds on-hand for when they need them.<\/p>\n<p>There are countless instances where this is a major problem.\u00a0 We have ill grandmothers out there in poor health, waiting for some relief.\u00a0 Do we need people with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.arthritis.org\/\">arthritis<\/a> and bad hips turning to street vendors?.\u00a0 We have situations where these people have to seek treatment illegally.\u00a0 Sometimes they have to depend on loved ones to for access to their medication.\u00a0 Santa, what an unfair situation this is to put people in.\u00a0 We do not want to break the law, but we are not heartless and do not want to watch those close to us suffer.<\/p>\n<p>Could you figure a way to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/rob-kampia\/ron-paul-barney-frank-marijuana-_b_882380.html\" target=\"_blank\">drop a bill into the stockings<\/a> of all the senators and representatives in congress?\u00a0 I&#8217;m not good at lawyer-speak\u00a0 but could you write up some new legislation for marijuana in America?\u00a0 I think it needs to be reclassified into a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marijuana.net\/news-and-articles\/two-governors-seek-federal-reclassification-of-marijuana\/\" target=\"_blank\">schedule 2 substance<\/a> because of its medical properties so doctors can prescribe it.\u00a0 Also, I guess we need to find additional ways to<a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/rob-kampia\/ron-paul-barney-frank-marijuana-_b_882380.html\" target=\"_blank\"> <\/a>tax it on both a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.backtaxeshelp.com\/tax-blog\/tax-news\/marijuana-tax.html\" target=\"_blank\">federal<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/kellyphillipserb\/2011\/05\/16\/sweetening-the-pot-taxing-medical-marijuana-reaps-benefits-in-san-jose\/\" target=\"_blank\">state level<\/a>.\u00a0 This way it can help to reduce the nation&#8217;s deficit.\u00a0 Look, I&#8217;m not just asking for me.\u00a0 This could help a lot of people.\u00a0 It could keep young kids from ruining their lives and can put money into the hands of government officials instead of criminal cartels.\u00a0 And it can help make lots of people who are sick to feel better and cope with harsh treatments.<\/p>\n<p>I know its asking a lot, but do you think you can do it?\u00a0 If you can&#8217;t, I understand.\u00a0 You have elves in your workshop and I don&#8217;t think any of them went to Harvard Law.\u00a0 If this doesn&#8217;t work out, my back up wish is for our stockings to be full of that <a title=\"Northern Lights Strain\" href=\"http:\/\/www.marijuana.net\/?field_1=0&amp;field_2=0&amp;field_3=0&amp;field_4=222&amp;s=Enter+search+keywords&amp;submit=\" target=\"_blank\">Northern Lights<\/a> (is that what you grow up
