Explicitly permitting kids with life altering epilepsy to receive treatment via the non-psychoactive cannabis oil.<\/p>\n<p>According to Sen. Ernie Lopez, (R-Lewes) who spoke with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.delmarvanow.com\/story\/news\/local\/delaware\/2016\/02\/05\/delaware-bill-would-allow-marijuana-oil-schools\/79775216\/#Delaware%20bill%20would%20allow%20marijuana%20oil%20in%20schools%20\" target=\"_blank\">Delmarva Daily Times<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;If there is a parent chaperoning a field trip &#8230; that parent should be able to administer those oils to that (qualified) child&#8221;.
