Tonight marks the season 3 finale for <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Broad City<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (10 p.m. ET\/PT), capping a season full of weed induced <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cc.com\/video-clips\/pjbv3m\/broad-city-extended-scene---yes--bitch\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">antics<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cc.com\/video-clips\/ih1ews\/broad-city-stuck-in-the-subway-forever\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hijinks<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Immediately following is the premiere of <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cc.com\/video-clips\/2u41r8\/time-traveling-bong-puff--puff--past\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Time Traveling Bong<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (10:30 p.m. ET\/PT), a history-trotting comedy starring <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/paulwdowns\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Paul W. Downs<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ilazer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ilana Glazer<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and a time traveling bong, making for one kushy hour of television courtesy of Comedy Central. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Broad City<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019s Abbi and Ilana have been through some tribulations this season, with the finale finding the BFFs escaping NYC and on a trek to Israel. It\u2019s been interesting to watch \u00a0Abbi and Ilana navigate more difficult situations and cope with the consequences of their seemingly consequence-free lifestyles. How Abbi and Ilana come out the other end of a season filled with break-ups, breakdowns, and Hillary Clinton has yet to be determined, but if their current arc is any indicator of what\u2019s to come, Glazer and Jacobson<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">are poised to take their series in new directions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Time Traveling Bong <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">was created and written by Glazer, Downs, and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/LuciaAniello?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lucia Aniello<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Broad City <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">writer\/director). The show centers around Jeff and Sharee (Downs and Glazer), two bored stoners who find themselves in possession of a bong that allows them to travel to the past, giving new meaning to #hightimes. When the bong breaks the heroic potheads find themselves bouncing from historical event to historical event, as they try to toke back to the future.
