If you have an electric whisk, whisk on low for 2 minutes. If you\u2019re whisking by hand, whisk for 5 minutes. Turn your electric whisk up to full speed for 10 minutes, or if you\u2019re whisking by hand, whisk faster with all you have for 15 minutes (take breaks if needed). The powder sugar will keep the marshmallow from sticking\u00a0to everything.\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As our marshmallow mixture is cooling, grab a cutting board and cover it with a thin layer of powdered sugar.
