Not only is our coconut oil working as our source of cannabis and additional coconut flavoring, but it also helps our final product keep its shape. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Tip: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We\u2019re using <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wisegeek.org\/what-is-desiccated-coconut.htm\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">desiccated coconut<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, dried, finely shredded coconut meat. It\u2019s less sweet but is easier to shape when rolling into balls. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Step 2: Shaping Coconut Balls<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-52143 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cannitrol.com\/blog\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/cannabis-infused-dark-chocolate-coconut-balls3\" alt=\"output_UjCaWc\" width=\"1254\" height=\"836\" \/><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once our coconut mixture is fully mixed, we\u2019re going to remove from heat and allow it to cool. Next, we\u2019re going to form the coconut mixture into ball shapes. On a cutting board, roll the mixture against your palm in a circular motion. (It involves the dark chocolate, so duh). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Using a cheese grater, grate the dark chocolate into a large metal mixing bowl. Once it\u2019s boiling, reduce heat to a simmer. Place metal mixing bowl of chocolate on top of the pot of boiling water.
