Jeff Sessions<\/a> as the nation\u2019s top law enforcement officer should \u201cscare the hell out of the marijuana industry,\u201d drug policy expert John Hudak told The Cannabist on Friday. <\/p>\n<p>Sessions, who has railed against marijuana legalization, could play a prominent role in the future of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thecannabist.co\/2016\/11\/04\/cannabis-ballot-box-marijuana-legalization-critical-mass\/66764\/\">burgeoning $7.4 billion industry<\/a>.
