Wilhelmi suffered severe burns, prosecutors said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMarijuana processing is a volatile activity that should only be done by licensed professionals,\u201d District Attorney Bruce Brown said in a statement. \u201cThe legalized hash oil \u2018boom\u2019 should not be allowed to take morph into actual explosions.
