He\u00a0was booked on a charge of possession with intent to distribute more than 5 pounds of marijuana but not more than 50 pounds, among other charges, the sheriff\u2019s office said in a news release.<\/p>\n<p>At about 4:50 p.m. Feb. 22, Poudre Fire Authority and sheriff\u2019s deputies were called to a home in the 600 block of Eric Street because of a deck fire.
