{"id":7884,"date":"2017-11-26T19:54:29","date_gmt":"2017-11-26T19:54:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.denverpost.com\/?p=2869437"},"modified":"2017-11-26T19:54:29","modified_gmt":"2017-11-26T19:54:29","slug":"marijuana-odor-from-cultivation-center-continues-to-seep-into-north-boulder","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cannitrol.com\/blog\/marijuana-odor-from-cultivation-center-continues-to-seep-into-north-boulder\/","title":{"rendered":"Marijuana odor from cultivation center continues to seep into north Boulder"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"wp_fb_like_button\" style=\"margin:5px 0 5px 5px;float:right;height:100px;\"><script src=\"http:\/\/connect.facebook.net\/en_US\/all.js#xfbml=1\"><\/script><fb:like href=\"https:\/\/cannitrol.com\/blog\/marijuana-odor-from-cultivation-center-continues-to-seep-into-north-boulder\/\" send=\"true\" layout=\"standard\" width=\"450\" show_faces=\"false\" font=\"arial\" action=\"like\" colorscheme=\"light\"><\/fb:like><\/div><div class=\"media_block\"><\/div>\n<p>The same area of north Boulder that\u00a0one year ago\u00a0was the site of some neighborhood frustration over marijuana odor is now host to a near repeat of that drama.<\/p>\n<p>A cultivation facility that, according to state records, is licensed to local pot shop Boulder Botanics was fined $2,000 for a \u201cfailure to remedy odor violations.\u201d<\/p>\n<aside class=\"related right\" \/>\n<p>This cultivation center is located in the same industrial building, at 4727 Broadway, where the Dandelion Grow was fined last fall.<\/p>\n<p>The Dandelion Grow was emitting scent that neighbors described as \u201cconstant and very pungent\u201d and \u201clike a really stinky skunk smell.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The building that houses both the Dandelion Grow and the Boulder Botanics grow operation, registered as Crossroads Wellness LLC, is aging and has poor air control, officials said last year amid a wave of citizen complaints that prompted a total of $14,000 in fines for the Dandelion.
