How about this, for example? Let\u2019s transform the right to freedom of speech from \u201cconstitutional to statutory,\u201d so we let the politicians decide what speech is legal, and what isn\u2019t. So if your team is in charge, you can shut up your enemies. Until the other team is in charge, then you\u2019re silenced. If you read a newspaper, it\u2019s doubtful you\u2019d buy that bill of goods.
