Anyone who has these affected products should return them to\u00a0the medical center for proper disposal, the bulletin said.<\/p>\n<p>Cindy Andersen, a part-owner of the family owned medical marijuana business, said Wednesday that the advisory impacts about $30,000 worth of its marijuana products, which is a small percentage.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is so over-reaching and overlapping,\u201d Andersen said. \u201cIt\u2019s absolutely ridiculous.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She said inspectors took samples of their plants in July, tested them and discovered traces of pesticides. But she said Lush doesn\u2019t use those pesticides and she has no idea how the chemicals got on some of their plants. She said her company is complying with the order.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"related right\" \/>\n<p>The agriculture and health departments \u201cdeem it a\u00a0threat to public health and safety when pesticides that are not on the list of approved pesticides\u00a0for marijuana use as determined by CDA are applied in a manner inconsistent with the pesticide\u2019s\u00a0label,\u201d the advisory says.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"media_block\"><\/div>\n<p>Colorado Gov.
