He was indicted on federal charges in March 2019, five months after he and two others approached a cannabis delivery truck in San Francisco \u2014 after trailing it through the East Bay \u2014 and made off with nearly $29,000 in cash.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis was a brazen, big time robbery,\u201d U.S. District Judge William Alsup said Tuesday.
