Established in 2010, independently-owned <a href=\"https:\/\/nativerootscannabis.com\/locations\/\">Native Roots Cannabis Co.<\/a> also operates 20 stores throughout the state.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.starbuds.us\/colorado\">Star Buds<\/a> runs dispensaries in five states and Jamaica, but with 19 locations in Colorado. <a href=\"https:\/\/greendragon.com\/locations\/\">Green Dragon\u2019s<\/a> chain of dispensaries includes 17 in Colorado, according to its website.<\/p>\n<p>All four of The Clinic\u2019s Denver-area dispensaries would likely rebrand to LivWell under the planned acquisition. The deal\u2019s closure is still subject to both Colorado and Denver regulatory approvals.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"related right\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>\u201cWhen we started LivWell 13 years ago this October, we never imagined becoming part of one of the largest cannabis companies in Colorado, let alone the nation,\u201d said Chris Mapson, PharmaCann\u2019s vice president of marketing. \u201cJoining the PharmaCann family and continuing to grow the LivWell brand through acquisitions positions our brand to be the largest in Colorado and most respected in the U.S.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>If the merger occurs as planned, then PharmaCann will expand to include 26 LivWell dispensaries in Colorado.
