Palo Alto Voters to Decide on Medical Marijuana in 2012

Next year will obviously be a heated and historical election. Marijuana advocates in the Palo Alto area of California have more on their minds than just their sentiments on a potential Barack Obama second term. They will be voting on whether or not to allow marijuana dispensaries in their area. Likely not seeking a drawn out public war on whichever decision they make, the Palo Alto city council has decided to leave this decision in the hands of voters. The council voted unanimously (7-0) to hand the issue off to voters.
